dailyrecord.co.ukOutlander star Sam Hueghan has disappointed fans with the latest update about his hugely popular Sassenach whisky.The Scottish actor, who was born in Balmaclellan and brought up in New Galloway, realised a dream when he created his own spirits brand a few years back.Eager fans were delighted when he released his first-ever whisky, named after the nickname Sam’s character Jamie has given his on-screen love interest Claire (played by Caitriona Balfe) in the hit show, last year.He's left them disappointed with his latest update though after admitting that the second batch release date has been put back.
Posting on his Instagram, Sam wrote: "As you may be aware, there is extreme congestion at seaports worldwide and a global shortage of shipping.
