In the caption, the star opened up about how she has managed to overcome feelings of embarrassment and instead learned how to accept her body after all it's "gone through and survived".
She wrote: "Nobody really tells you how much your body changes after giving birth. I remember after 6 months, I started back on the exercise and was doing the plank and accidentally looked at my stomach and let out a horrified yelp.
