Rutherglen Care Home makes 'significant progress' in latest Care Inspectorate visit

iOS - Android An initial inspection of the service was carried out by the Care Inspectorate on May 24, 25 and 31, the findings of which were outlined in a report laid before parliament on June 9.The Inspectorate completed another visit to the home on June 25 to follow up on the required improvements.At that time, here had been “insufficient progress,” and an improvement notice was issued on June 30.Findings relating to this visit, was laid before parliament on July 7.A further visit was carried out on August 2, to follow up on the improvements required in the improvement notice.Inspectors found that “significant progress” had been made and the service had met the requirements set out in the improvement notice.The Care Inspectorate’s report.
