A number of rugby league clubs are set to declare interest in welcoming fans back to stadiums before May 17th.Boris Johnson outlined the country's roadmap out of pandemic on Monday, which features a return of crowds later this year.It would mean fans would miss the opening eight weeks of the season before being gradually allowed to return.However, a report in the Daily Mail claims football events have been given the green light to act as test events from April as part of a roll-out ahead of the big date.The Carabao Cup Final at Wembley is set to welcome fans, with around 10,000 in attendance.There is now hope that rugby league will be given similar privileges with several clubs almost certainly set to jump at the prospect of welcoming fans.
