The Pitch Perfect star captioned the post: "What up BE-AtCH! (Woke up early, ready to smash a beach run)." Back in January, Rebel announced that 2020 would be her “Year of Health" as she changed her lifestyle entirely with surfing and refusing to use the word "diet." She shared that turning 40 inspired her to live a more healthy lifestyle.
