Rangers hit out at Arsenal clash getting just 2000 capacity as 'disappointed' club point to Euro 2020 precedent

Arsenal. The Ibrox club admit they are "disappointed" at the attendance limit at their 50,000 capacity stadium and with the length of time taken to reach the decision.Rangers have been locked in talks with the Scottish Government but have not been granted permission to host an increased number of supporters.

2000 is set to become the default limit for outdoor events when Scotland moves to Level 0 Covid-19 restrictions on July 19. Rangers have pointed to the 12,000 fans permitted at Hampden for Euro 2020 in June as the Premiership champions expressed their frustration with Holyrood.
