Raith Rovers detail their SPFL reconstruction plans as they call for Dundee to vote yes and end uncertainty

Raith Rovers have called for the SPFL to be revamped with Kelty Hearts and Brora Rangers admitted into the leagues for next season.

And they have promised they will fight any attempt to stop them being declared League One champions or promoted to the Championship ahead of the start of the next campaign.

Rovers will be promoted if the SPFL's proposal to end the season is voted through with Dundee holding the deciding vote. The Dens Park club are yet to vote and Raith are desperate to move to the next stage of proceedings and begin talks to reconstruct the league system.
