On Monday (July 19), GMP Bolton reported that ten students from Rivington and Blackrod High School in Bolton had received a Chief Superintendents Commendation for their act of kindness.
In June, the year 11 students had been visiting High Rid Reservoir when they noticed a teenager was attacking a duck with stones.
