'I was exercising every day and cooking and growing stuff – but it was all very positive – but this second phase has been tough. 'It's the first time I've actually thought, 'I can see why people have issues with mental health. ' I'd never felt like that before – it was scary. ' The pop star also revealed that she finds it hard to relax as her brain 'doesn't switch off' and said she is 'terrible' at meditation.

Kimberley confirmed last December she and husband Justin were expecting their third child in an interview with OK! Magazine, after deciding to add to their brood following the first lockdown together.
