Speaking on Steph's Packed Lunch on Channel 4, the reality star explained: "I am struggling mentally with everything. It’s mentally draining, feeling like this." Gestational diabetes means the star is suffering from high blood sugar, which usually develops during pregnancy and often disappears after giving birth.
