Justin Bieber
Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

dailyrecord.co.ukGet the stories that matter to you sent straight to your inbox with our daily newsletter.Police are appealing for information after receiving a report that a van was being pursued by a car.The incident is said to have occurred at 1.55pm on Monday, December 28, and involved a silver Ford Transit van and a white Audi A3 driving on various roads including the B7032 Caledonian Road, B754 Castlehill Road, A71 Main Street in Wishaw as well as A71 Horsley Brae, A71 Garrion Bridge and A71 Ayr Road.A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.Officers are appealing for anyone who may have seen either vehicle to get in touch.Detective Sergeant Grant.
