The 99-year-old war hero, who has raised more than £22million for the health service by walking 100 laps of his garden, teamed up with Michael Ball for the special rendition of You'll Never Walk Alone.
Piers Morgan, a vocal champion of Tom's fundraising, tweeted: "No1 & No2 in the iTunes chart are Captain Moore, 99, and Dame Vera Lynn, 103.
Amazing!" The pair recorded the duet of the stirring 1945 Rodgers and Hammerstein classic with the NHS Voices of Care Choir.
