Edinburgh. Officers were today seen standing guard at a wooded area in the Craigmillar area of the capital after the grim discovery was made near Old Dalkeith Road around 1pm on Saturday.Police Scotland are treating the death as unexplained and have also closed off the nearby Craigmillar Recycling Centre.
Multiple marked vehicles were snapped at the site while cops continue their investigation. The road has been taped off to the public while officers carry it out.A Police Scotland spokeswoman told the Record: “At around 1pm on Saturday, August 22 the body of a man was found in a wooded area near Old Dalkeith Road, Edinburgh."The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances.”As a result of the find.
