Perth and Kinross Council tenants are expected to be agreed at a meeting next Wednesday, with a hike of one per cent. Included in the rise is planned provision to help with digital inclusion during the exceptional times of the pandemic.The rent level will be agreed at a meeting of the housing and communities committee on Wednesday, February 3 and in line with the views of tenants who live in council properties.
