Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.

He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Former Manchester United duo Paul Scholes and Rio Ferdinand got themselves into a heated debate when assessing the Reds' thrilling 3-2 win over Atalanta at Old Trafford in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday evening.
Trailing 2-0 at the break, United produced a much-improved, spirited second-half performance to register a much-needed victory, thanks to goals from Marcus Rashford, Harry Maguire and Cristiano Ronaldo.
After Rashford and Maguire had put United back on level terms, Ronaldo, as he so often does in the Champions League, grabbed the headlines nine minutes from time by planting a terrific header beyond Atalanta goalkeeper Juan Musso.
