Michael Kirk Douglas (born September 25, 1944) is an American actor and producer. He has received numerous accolades, including two Academy Awards, five Golden Globe Awards, a Primetime Emmy Award, the Cecil B. DeMille Award, and the AFI Life Achievement Award.
The elder son of Kirk Douglas and Diana Dill, Douglas received his Bachelor of Arts in Drama from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His early acting roles included film, stage, and television productions. Douglas first achieved prominence for his performance in the ABC police procedural television series The Streets of San Francisco, for which he received three consecutive Emmy Award nominations.
Paul Rudd is teasing Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania! The 53-year-old actor was joined by co-stars Evangeline Lily and Jonathan Majors at the 2022 D23 Expo to promote their upcoming Marvel movie on Saturday (September 10) at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

And it seems like a bit of an oxymoron that something so small — we’re the small heroes — could do something so huge,” Paul teased, via THR. “This is going to be unlike anything you’ve seen from us.” Paul then went on to praise Jonathan, who plays the villain Kang in Quantumania. “He’s incredible, and it throws this whole thing into such new territory,” Paul said.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which also stars Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Kathryn Newton, will be out in theaters on February 17, 2023.
