Paul Mescal smashed onto the scene in Normal People and now he will finally be making his big-screen debut. And it’s not just any debut, he’ll be starring alongside Dakota Johnson and Olivia Coleman in Maggie Gyllenhaal’s directorial debut, The Lost Daughter.

It’s certainly a big deal and Paul, who got his start in Denny’s Sausage ads, admits it’s a ‘dream’ for him. The 25-year-old couldn’t contain his passion for the film in which he stars alongside fellow Irish star Jessie Buckley. ‘It’s pretty special, isn’t it?
