Naga Munchetty slaps down BBC Breakfast co-star live on air telling him ‘we don’t do that’

BBC Breakfast host Naga Munchetty slapped down co-host Ben Thompson after he suggested she sing live on the show. The BBC One presenting duo were discussing how Kate Bush's iconic hit, Running Up That Hill, has reached the top spot in the charts after being included in Netflix series Stranger Things.

On its release back in 1985, its highest place in the chart was the third spot. Ben told how its comeback on the TV show's soundtrack had garnered "a whole new generation of fans." As the camera flipped back to the pair sitting on the sofa Naga, dressed in a summery aqua coloured dress with striped neckline, mused: "It's one of those songs where when you say the title, you have to do it in the intonation of the same way it's sung."
