killer released from prison on licence has been found to be running a major amphetamine dealing operation. In 1997, the builder known as John 'Jackie' Welsby was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of fellow drug dealer and osteopath Danny Dyke and burying his body in a concrete coffin before proceeding to dig it up and burn it.

Released from jail on licence, police officers discovered that he had returned to his former drug dealing ways when they pulled over his vehicle and found amphetamine and cash.
