The woman said she had arrived earlier than planned to collect her daughter from nursery and witnessed a member of staff shouting at children for "whining" and said all the kids - who were aged two and three - looked "miserable".The woman's own daughter is looked after in the nursery's baby room and she says she is happy with the care she receives, but fears for the future when she will eventually reach the toddler room.
