direct to your inboxA new coronavirus vaccination hub has opened in Littleborough.Based at the leisure centre in Calderbrook Road, it is the fourth community site now operating in Rochdale.More than 8.500 older people in the borough have had their first dose, with all care home residents and staff are expected to have received the jab by the end of January.The arrival of a new site in the Pennines is a further boost to the borough's vaccination programme, as well as providing extra convenience for people in the Littleborough, Milnrow and Newhey areas.In line with national policy, older people, those with health conditions, housebound residents and care workers are currently being prioritised for the jab.Eligible patients from the Pennines.
