Miriam O’Callaghan shares what lockdown has made her realise

evoke.ieLockdown has meant that people around the country have had a chance to take a step back and slow down in life a little bit. For RTÉ presenter Miriam O’Callaghan, this time has meant that she has been able to spend a lot more time at home with her family, including her husband and five children.
The mother-of-eight has been enjoying her time cooking and most importantly trying to keep her family happy around the household.
One thing Miriam said she doesn’t enjoy, however, is the constant cooking, especially with the boys in her house who are hungry right after they eat.
Speaking to the Sunday Independent Life Magazine, Miriam said: ‘When this is all over, hopefully, I won’t be cooking as much, but it has been lovely to be here with them
