McDonald's closing all seating areas at restaurants amid coronavirus outbreak

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, McDonald’s have just announced that all of its UK restaurants will be closing their seating areas and will temporarily just be offering takeaway, delivery and drive-thru only.The best-loved fast food chain have said in a statement that this drastic measure will come in to play at 5 am on Wednesday 18 March.These measures will be enacted throughout all branches in the UK and Ireland, and additionally all delivery orders via Just Eat or Uber Eats will involve “no physical contact between customers, employees and couriers wherever possible."
