Manchester Airport will close one of its terminals in September after monitoring 'travel patterns of airlines and passengers'.
Terminal 2 will be closed again from September 2.It had previously reopened in July, along with Terminal 3, after closing in March due to a 'significant fall' in passenger numbers amid the coronavirus pandemic.But airport bosses said the terminal will now close again after monitoring travel patterns of passengers and airlines in recent weeks.All flights will now operate from Terminal 1 and 3 'until further notice', officials said.Terminal 2 will close fully - including all of its car parks - and passengers due to fly from there should contact their airlines to see which terminal their flight has been moved to.
