Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Police were called to a report of a concern for the welfare of a woman in Blackburn Road, Astley Bridge, shortly after 11.45pm on Friday (June 4).
A cordon was in place on the busy road, near to an Asda, throughout the night and into yesterday morning. Crime scene investigation officers were spotted working at the scene.
Ayman Ali 34, of no fixed address, has now been charged with sexual assault on a female. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court tomorrow (7 June).
