LUCY Mecklenburgh has revealed she's lost four stone since giving birth to her son Roman in March. The former Towie star insists she hasn't been dieting, but focussed on eating a balanced diet and exercising lightly instead. "A lot of people are asking me about my diet after Roman, but the answer is I’m not on one," she wrote on Instagram. "I eat three balanced meals a day, lots of water when I breastfeed and a few snacks e.g.
oat cookies, hummus, rice cakes, half an avocado. "I do lots of walking and light exercises & stretches on @resultswithbump.
And I’ve lost 4 stone!" Lucy offers advice on how to keep fit during pregnancy on her Results With Lucy website. It features prenatal workouts including Barre, BoxRcise, Dance and Yoga.
