The 22-year-old star was shocked to find someone had written a message to her saying: "Hahaha you got cancer." She posted the message on Instagram writing: "I never respond to trolls but unfortunately this kind of thing is unacceptable. "Please don't be that person.

Demi, a much-loved character in the 2020 series, revealed her diagnosis last week telling fans: "Hi guys, I got my results today and unfortunately I have thyroid cancer.
