The 62-year-old revealed she had no idea what Dr Khan was planning, telling him: "It's really weird, what's going on?" He replied: "Well, you know February is the month of love with Valentine's Day in the middle. "But there's also different types of love, and want to celebrate the love of friendship.
So watch this." A VT then played showing Lorraine's best friend Joyce, who said: "Lorraine and I first met at school, so 50 years ago.
She was funny, she was witty, she was cheeky..." As the video played Lorraine could be seen laughing as throwback photos flashed up on screen.
Joyce continued: "And she was a little bit of a rebel because whatever was happening in school, she liked to go on her own path." She then recalled her favourite memories from her friendship with Lorraine, including them running the New York marathon together, and revealed she flew to Scotland as soon as Joyce's father died.
