According to a new report, the couple — who married in Italy in 2014 — are "at each other's throats" and keeping their distance from one another in their spacious home.
A source close to the pair said: "Kim and Kanye are arguing and at each other's throats during this pandemic. "Kim is getting stir crazy, as she's used to being on the go.
