Kerry reminisced on hard times during her youth as she once spent Christmas with her mum in a house with no decorations or food, as the pair had just been rehomed from a refuge.
She told The Times : "When I was 17 we sold my parrot, Alfie, for £20 so I could buy some Tampax. "I had this gig paying me £50 to dance in a nightclub and I got my period, so I needed sanitary towels, but we didn’t have the money.“That was the last we heard of Alfie!”Kerry has famously had money issues in the past, as she lost her £1.6million house when she declared bankruptcy in 2008 and in 2013.However,
