ok.co.ukJack P Shepherd has admitted he would consider quitting Coronation Street if other opportunities were offered to him.The 32 year old has played David Platt on the hit ITV soap for 20 years, but has said he will move on from the cobbles if his character stops being given interesting storylines.
In 2018, the actor was involved in a harrowing male rape storyline, which the soap have confirmed will continue this year. But Jack has admitted that he would think about leaving his long term job if it got too boring for his character.
