The reality star, 24, encouraged his 1.3million Instagram followers to get active with his latest fitness post in collaboration with Ministry of Sound.
Clad in a black tracksuit, the ITV2 star performed five exercises for 40 seconds each that focused on toning his abs. The Londoner began his workout, which is available in full on YouTube, with commandos then V-sits, leg raises, leg extensions and finally a plank.
