Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

Rowling Writes About Her Reasons For Speaking Out On Sex And Gender Issues,’ the author explained the background to what caused her to post the infamous ‘people who menstruate’ tweet.Detailing that she was researching the complex issue for a new crime series she is working on, J.K.
explains that the tweet was spurred on by an article about the Scottish government ‘proceeding with its controversial gender recognition plans, which will in effect mean that all a man needs to “become a woman” is to say he’s one;’.
