A man thanked his fiancee for 'the best live' in heartbreaking final message before dying from coroanvirus. Richard McKeag, known as Ricky, tested positive for the virus and was put into a coma when his condition deteriorated.

The 29-year-old, originally from Hyde, had been working on-call care support shifts, his partner Katie Martin, 25, said. Miss Martin, a registered care manager at a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, said web designer Mr McKeag started working with her as a recruitment manager after the outbreak of the pandemic.
