Hospitality bosses urge Scots to 'be kind' to bar staff while being served during covid times

With many premises operating with less staff and some with less experienced workers, industry bosses have pleaded with customers to be considerate and patient with them.

Graham Chalmers, who runs Radisson RED in Glasgow, launched the Be Kind to Hospitality campaign to make people think of the feelings of staff in the trade.

He explained that many workers are experiencing stress and anxiousness due to the ever-changing rules in hospitality.Graham said: "Please be patient and be kind.
