The rarely-seen little one sported a white T-shirt and shorts with a cream-coloured baseball cap in the picture, which was shot to hide his face.
Captioning the heartfelt post, she lovingly penned: "Happy birthday beautiful boy… We love you Chester #lucky7 ❤️" Holly rarely posts pictures of her children - daughter Belle, as well as sons Harry, 12, and Chester - on her social media.
