Ruth Langsford
Ruth Langsford (born 17 March 1960 in Singapore) is an English television presenter of shows such as This Morning, Gift Wrapped and How the Other Half Lives. Langsford is an anchor on ITV's lunchtime chat show Loose Women and presents Ruth Langsford's Fashion Edit on QVC. She took part in the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, where she came ninth. She is currently the longest serving female presenter of This Morning. Ruth currently is more frequently known for her exclusive fashion collection, for British fashion label QVC. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

HOLLY Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are taking a break from This Morning for the summer from Friday. The daytime TV duo confirmed their summer holiday today during a game of Spin To Win.

Phil generously intervened to up caller Mary's prize - and cheekily joked: "We’re off for the summer on Friday so they can't sack me." The programme favourites will return in early September.

A spokesman for the show confirmed Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford will fill in for the pair, with special guests on Friday shows to be announced in due course.
