GOOD Morning Britain viewers were left shocked when Dr. Shola Mos-Shogbamimu used the N-word twice during an anti-racism debate.

Fans were surprised to hear the controversial slur so early in the morning, and took to social media to share their reaction.

Shola was on the breakfast programme to debate whether rugby fans should be banned from singing Swing Low, Sweet Chariot at games, due to the belief that slaves who longed for freedom originally sang the anthem.

Host Piers Morgan asked the activist if black rappers should be also be banned from singing the N-word in their songs to stop the offensive slur from being normalised.
