That includes the 2019-2020 professional soccer season, a big draw for broadcasters. France’s Prime Minister Edouard Philippe made the statements in an address to the National Assembly in Paris this afternoon as he outlined the government’s plan for the lifting of coronavirus confinement restrictions.
