Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. The order covers the area surrounding the popular National Trust spot, the Liverpool Echo reports - and gives police the power to order people away from the area, and arrest them if they return.
It comes after two 20-year-old men and a 16-year-old boy were stabbed in an 'unprovoked attack' on Sunday (May 30) at around 7.10pm.
Police confirmed that a 20-year-old man was in a critical but stable condition after the horror attack. In a further update, a police spokesperson said the man is now in a stable condition in hospital.
