First look at the UK’s first Winnie the Pooh 50p coin

Beloved bear and children’s storybook character Winnie the Pooh will be featured on his very own 50p coin, the Royal Mint has revealed today.The first official UK coin featuring Winnie the Pooh forms part of a wider collection of special 50p coins paying homage to characters from children’s books.Original watercolour illustrations by E.H.
