Right from the start of the first hour-long episode, there were a number of carefully placed plot threads that left viewers scratching their heads.
The hit show’s screenwriters skillfully left fans wondering about everything from DI Kate Fleming’s motivations to whether DCI Joanne Davidson is corrupt.
First up viewers were unsure as to why Kate had ditched AC-12 for a new team. At one point Kate reveals why she decided to make the move telling her new boss DCI Davidson, Kate says: ‘I got fed upon nicking coppers, I’d rather go after the psycho who murdered Gail [Vella].’ Viewers were also left wondering
