Ex- Rangers star Gary Stevens' son has died after a courageous battle with leukaemia. Gary, who also played for Everton, had revealed son Jack, 4, was diagnosed with Juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia (JMML), a rare form of blood cancer that affects young children, last year.
