The Premier League have confirmed that they will be running an esports version of the competition once again. The ePremier League Invitational will be played using popular video game FIFA 20, with every Premier League club putting up a representative in the competition.
The first instalment of the competition saw Wolves' Diogo Jota crowned the winner, beating Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold in a dramatic final courtesy of a golden goal.
Among the players taking part in the second instalment next week are Phil Foden, of Manchester City, Billy Gilmour (Chelsea), Ryan Sessegnon (Tottenham Hotspur), Callum Wilson (AFC Bournemouth) and John Egan (Sheffield United).
