Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. According to Metro.co.uk, the soap star then gently coaxed him down to safety, where he was then helped by the emergency services.
A source told the website that the young man was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). "The man was in serious distress and Danny went over and chatted to him.
