In the latest episode, Meena, who brutally hauled Leanna (Mimi Slinger) off a bridge to fall to her death earlier this year, confessed to Andrea that she is a murderer before Leanna ran off into the maze with the killer chasing her during the residents' survival challenge.
In the tense scene, Andrea picked up the flare gun and pointed it at villain Meena after she confessed to murdering Leanna. Moments later, Meena ran towards Andrea and set off the flare gun before the maize caught fire as smoke started to rise from the flames.
