EasyJet passenger hauled off Glasgow flight by police after 'disturbance' over wearing face mask

Glasgow from London Luton on Sunday after staff reported a passenger was refusing to comply with current guidelines.Current government guidelines state all passengers must wear a face mask on board all flights.Footage taken by another passenger shows the moment masked officers boarded the plane and walked down the aisles before speaking to a man wearing a blue face mask.Officers escorted the man, and a woman from the flight, before other passengers were allowed to disembark.A man was issued a police warning for the disturbance as a result.An EasyJet spokesperson said: “easyJet can confirm that police attended flight EZY77 from London Luton to Glasgow on Sunday 30 August due to a passenger behaving disruptively onboard and refusing to wear.
