East Ayrshire binmen are working this weekend after experiencing extremely high volumes of excess recycling. Crews hit the road for the first time in weeks on Monday as recycling routes were reinstated in the region during lockdown.And due to increased amounts of waste, binmen will be working this Saturday and Sunday to make sure residents' waste gets uplifted.East Ayrshire Counillor Barry Douglas confirmed that households in the Glebe Road/Loanhead area didn't get their recycling trolley and food bins uplifted.The Labour politician said: "I am aware some constituents in and around the Glebe Road/Loanhead area didn’t get their recycling trolley and food waste bins uplifted, the recycling crews will be working on Saturday and Sunday this
