Tony Asghar has apologised for any offence caused by his title-winning tweet.The Dundee United sporting director posted a photo of him and head coach Robbie Neilson holding a beer and celebrating promotion to the Premiership close to each other.It caused fury among their rivals and Asghar has since removed the post – although he insisted at no point did they breach social distancing guidelines.Asghar said: “I normally walk in a park near me and so does the gaffer – we bump into each other sometimes.“He had a beer, I had a beer and that was us.“There was no disrespect meant to anybody that is working right now.“If there was any offence taken then I apologise but it wasn’t meant to rub other people’s noses in it as some on social media have
