Diverse Representation Organization Launches Black Entertainment Executives Pipeline Initiative (Exclusive)

The organization Diverse Representation is establishing an annual program that seeks to augment the number of Black executives in Hollywood, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned.

The group's Black Entertainment Executives Pipeline program, sponsored by major civil rights nonprofit Color of Change, will pair sixparticipants with industry mentors as well as a project in development with a studio, production company or network to help see it through.Diverse Representation works on increasing the visibility of Black agents, managers, attorneys and publicists in the entertainment industry and maintains a directory of Black reps in Hollywood.
